A 90 minute in-depth consult where we get to know you as much as possible. We will go over your current symptoms, health history, goals, lifestyle, and diet in detail. From this information, a health plan will be made for you, which you will receive following the consult.

Your health plan may include:

• holistic insight into your current symptoms, illness, and health goals

• specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations

• a custom herbal formula

• practitioner only supplement recommendations

• further functional testing if necessary.

Follow-up

Investment $90

After the initial consult, the follow-up is a chance to check in with you and see how you are progressing with your health plan. Adjustments, repeat prescriptions, or anything new you would like to discuss can be addressed during this appointment

• Modification of health plan and prescriptions if necessary

• On-going support toward health goals

• Evaluation of any pathology or functional tests

• Repeat prescriptions of herbs and or supplements

This 30-minute consult is perfect for immediate cases where a herbal remedy or supplement prescription is needed. It is ideal if you have recently caught a cold, require a boost in immunity, seek assistance with anxiety, or are going through periods of intense stress. This consult is intended for short-term care and a longer consultation might be recommended based on your symptoms or condition.
